Back in early January, the CAS Coordinator of Eagle Hill School’s IB Diploma Programme reached out to me about creating a video talking about their program as part of an application process for the IB Conference.

The video had to be a minimum of one minute and maximum of three minutes long. The deadline was also within a week of being told.

I took on this challenge with determination and pride.

First thing we did was film an interview with the CAS Coordinator about the IB Diploma Programme.

Then, we recorded some B-roll of one of her classes and searched for footage from the wide catalogue we had.

I also used Adobe After Effects to create the schedule section of the video to help visually show what prospective students of the program could have as a potential schedule.

Once I had all the pieces, putting the video together was easy.

The video was uploaded to Eagle Hill School’s website, YouTube, and Vimeo in January 2025. It was also uploaded to their Instagram and Facebook pages in March 2025
